– employer blogs, to learn about an employer and its industry

– blogs of thought leaders/people active in your industry who will
know potential employers (http://www.zeldman.com/ )—blog writers tend to be very well-networked and approachable
– blogs of thought leaders/people who can teach you about your industry (http://blogs.sun.com/jonathan , http://avc.blogs.com/a_vc/ )
– blogs about online social networks , to learn about the technology ( http://www.TheVirtualHandshake.com/blog/ )
– and most important, your personal blog
