I work from a home office and working in a virtual environment is a way of life for me. This opened my mind to some new ideas on reaching out to folks and finding better ways to maintain and build relationships. I'll be going back through the book to review all the sections I highlighted as I read through the first time. Great job! Naturally I also downloaded the pdf version so I can always have it with me.
