Last week I spoke at the Electronic Retailers Association annual conference in Las Vegas. The panel was a smash hit (they had to expand the room to accommodate overflow) — much thanks to my fellow panelists, Brett Goffin of Google, Angus Glover Wilson of dComm Digital Commerce Agency and Todd Narwid of Narrowstep.
Well, I was approached by people all day long wanting to learn more about social media and social networking as a customer acquisition and retention strategy for retailers. I was also snagged on the tradeshow floor by the guys from Technology Evangelist, a great blog about emerging technology trends. We ended up recording about half an hour, and they liked it so much that they ran the whole thing uncut. Enjoy.
