Multi-sided markets, online

HBS Professor Andrei Hagiu is an expert on multi-sided markets, and recently interviewed me on that topic: Market Platform Dynamics--Catalyst Conversation: Conversation with David Teten.   • A further interesting point is that these tools (online social networking) become increasingly attractive for maintaining otherwise strong ties precisely because they reduce maintenance costs.
