Sometimes Google just gets it terribly, terribly wrong

For so long, we thought of Google as infallible, or at least nearly. Sometimes, though, they just get it wrong. I don’t mean a little bit off—I mean totally inexplicable, beyond reason.

Just out of curiosity, I decided to see what Google would come up with for pages similar to this blog. I figured that would be a way to see who else was talking about online social networks, blogging, etc., right?

Wrong!

The first result was some article at Fast Company about new airlines. OK, I can maybe understand it picking Fast Company, but why this article?!?

But the next one was what really got me: the IMDB entry for The Bridge on the River Kwai

Huh? Can anyone explain this to me?!?
